Ingredients
- 1 piece schiacciata, cut into rectangles or torn into serving pieces
- 4 to 5 cured meats such as prosciutto, soppressata, salami, mortadella, or coppa
- 3 cheeses such as provolone, fontina, pecorino, fresh mozzarella, burrata, or a soft-ripened cheese
- Mixed olives
- Marinated artichokes or roasted peppers
- Fig jam, apricot preserves, or hot honey
- Fresh grapes, sliced pear, or apple
- Toasted nuts such as Marcona almonds or walnuts
- Olive oil, for finishing if desired
- Fresh herbs for presentation, optional

- A small dish of good olive oil for dipping
